This “builder’s grade” screen porch was totally transformed when 2x4 supports
were removed and 4x4 posts were positioned every 4 feet, thus opening up the
view. Composite railings were added and all wood surfaces were covered with
composite for low maintenance living |

This screen porch accentuates the design of the home and offers secluded outdoor
space. The master bedroom was assessable with French door opening directly to
